Lemmington Way, West Sussex

Here the client wanted to replace their existing kitchen with a kitchen extension. The brief was to create as much light as possible while incorporating timber cladding. The project uses clearstory windows, a large picture window, a large openable window over the range cooker and some glazed patio doors. The hidden gutter detail creates a simple exterior. The existing kitchen became a dining and living room area.
